Founded in 1910, Ing. Luiggi is a town in the extreme north of the province of La Pampa, with a temperate climate and agricultural activities. The urban layout was designed by Ing. Luis Luiggi (1856-1931) and comprises 189 blocks, with four diagonals that converge in the central square, around which the parish church, the library, the municipality, and the municipal cultural center, among others, were built.
